About the Artist - Clytie has utilized varied combinations of photography and mixed media to create each series.  She received her BA at Penn State University and an MFA from MICA. Clytie was a visual and performing arts teacher in the Wicomico County Public School System. She has taught printmaking at the Maryland Summer Center for the Arts and for the last 7 years has taught art (design, printmaking and drawing) at Salisbury University. She is a member of the MICA Alumni Council and the Artists’ Co-op.  She experiments by creating series of different pieces with common themes.
