Gallery Onancock celebrates the shore’s deep roots featuring the work of local and regional artists and craftsman.

Founded by shore residents Roz Anderson, Phyllis Ward and Roxanne Wolf, Gallery Onancock also carries an eclectic mix of furniture, pottery, sculpture jewelry, wearables and treasures brought back to the shore from the owners’ travels.

The gallery also specializes in custom framing including complex matting, and fine art conservation techniques.

Gallery Onancock joins six other galleries in town: Dragonfly, The Red Queen, Richardson Gallery, the Next Door Gallery in the Charlotte Hotel, Bizotto’s and Crockett’s.

“We are hoping Gallery Onancock will be just one more reason to make Onancock a regional destination,” says owner Roxanne Wolf. “Onancock has always had some of the shore’s best restaurants and shops but it is now becoming an art center too. Roz and Phyllis and I are excited about being part of that.”
